The Inside Sales Support role at DLX is designed to provide comprehensive support to the sales team by generating new leads, managing travel logistics, maintaining sales-related databases, and coordinating various sales processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer interaction and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify new leads in target markets to maintain a strong sales pipeline, focusing on desired customer segments for Sales Ambassadors.
- Demo Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule product demos for potential clients, ensuring timely communication between Sales Ambassadors and customers.
- Customer Engagement: Follow up with past customers to maintain relationships, address ongoing needs, and explore opportunities for additional sales or renewals.
- CRM Management: Accurately document all sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the company's CRM system, Pipedrive.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and book flights and hotels for sales trips, ensuring travel itineraries align with the schedules and needs of the sales team.
- Quote & Estimate Database Maintenance: Maintain the Estimate database, tracking quotes, drawing requests, and ensuring accurate records for all client interactions.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, preparing necessary sales materials, answering customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal departments to streamline sales processes.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support the sales team in positioning DLX products effectively.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual performance targets related to lead generation, customer engagement, and process tracking.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales support or inside sales roles.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and email communication.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in managing travel logistics and maintaining comprehensive databases.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and tracking processes.
• Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively to a collaborative sales team.
• Familiarity with industries such as Military, EMS, Medical, or Fire services is a valuable asset.
