Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and support our team of sales representatives in a high-volume, fast-paced home warranty call center environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team of inside sales reps to achieve and exceed performance targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Supervision:
- Supervise a team of sales representatives, ensuring adherence to sales processes, call scripts, and compliance standards.
- Performance Management:
- Monitor and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans as needed.
- Sales Coaching & Training:
- Conduct regular sales training sessions and one-on-one coaching to enhance product knowledge, objection handling, closing techniques, and customer engagement.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review calls for quality assurance and provide actionable feedback to ensure representatives deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Motivation & Team Culture:
- Foster a results-driven, energetic sales environment through incentives, team contests, recognition programs, and ongoing support.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Generate sales reports and present performance updates to sales leadership. Communicate sales goals and expectations clearly to the team.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify operational inefficiencies or opportunities for improved sales workflow, collaborating with other departments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a call center or inside sales environment, preferably in the home warranty, home services, or insurance industry.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities
- Ability to close sales when necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems preferably Sales Force, call center platforms, and MS Office Suite
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
