What you'll be doing: - Drive sales results for an assigned portfolio of large accounts ($8-10M+) while acquiring new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Map accounts effectively to uncover core and specialty category opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of client accounts, formulate strategic growth initiatives, and identify innovative opportunities for business development.
- Prioritize your account portfolio to ensure optimal resource deployment and growth planning.
- Regularly engage with enablement tools to maintain updated customer data, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and advance opportunities as they develop.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of our products, customer preferences, and industry trends.
- Utilize Salesforce effectively to manage customer interactions and opportunities.
- Implement effective sales strategies through various channels including phone, social selling, email, and on-site visits.
- Employ proven sales methodologies to enhance customer retention and growth.
What you bring to the table: - Ability to engage and interface with senior executives and decision-makers at customer organizations.
- Strong skills in developing and delivering impactful presentations.

What's needed- Basic Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development.
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year.

- Experience managing large, complex accounts.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven ability to manage complex deals from inception to completion.
