Hadco Metals, Santa Fe Springs, CA is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist experienced in Engineering Plastics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new prospects outbound calls, inquiries, aged leads, internet sites, and other sources.
- Interact with existing customers to identify leads and increase the sales of products and services.
- Quote pricing and credit terms and prepare sales orders within our ERP system.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Work with outside sales representatives to build and maintain account activity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous inside sales experience in the engineering plastics industry.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers of all levels within an organization.
- Creative and complex thinking skills to best resolve customer's wants and needs.
- High level of self-motivation and awareness.
