- Develop trusting relationships with key decision makers and stake holders
- Work with Service and Sales team to further elevate the customer experience and improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Affect sales of GEA SFT Division through growing service order intake (OT) and sales of the existing customer base.
- Continuously prospect existing customers through phone calls, emails existing customer base with critical spares, service and SLAs.
- Assist with large project Spare Parts opportunities - provide follow up and ensure the sale is executed
- Prepare, present, and participate in the negotiation of offers, quotations, and contracts (customer T&C's) and close service level agreements and parts quotes.
- Work with service coordinator to identify and improve processes related the SLA process.
- Work with service team to improve critical spare parts processes.
- Prepare critical spares list for install base.
- Quote and process orders for critical spares and SLAs.
- Coordinate SLAs with service coordinator to ensure proper scheduling and invoicing.
- Obtain technical assistance and collaborate with other departments for more complicated applications and solutions
- Provides market feedback (competition, trends, etc.) to Service Management
- Travels to potential and existing clients for sales support/evaluation as needed
- Update and maintain the CRM database as a primary sales tool for information sharing in the organization which includes but is not limited to machine details, contacts, accounts, etc.
- Back up Customer Service Representative parts handling as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prioritizes customer needs, establishes effective relationships with customers as well as internal stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand OEM manuals and engineering drawings.
- Solution and goal oriented.
- Ability to navigate gatekeepers and cold call customers with persistence.
- Ability to find and identify key decision makers.
- Must be organized and a self-starter.
- Ability to be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 or related software.
