Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This role combines sales support, customer service, and inside sales to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth within our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will assist our sales team, nurture meaningful relationships with clients, and ensure seamless communication and operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
  • Prepare and send order confirmations to customers.
  • Update customers on order status, including shipping and delivery timelines.
  • Address general customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with invoicing and ensure all customer accounts are up to date.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, becoming their go-to contact for inquiries and support.
  • Proactively reach out to customers, maintaining consistent engagement.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to the current customer base, maximizing account value.

  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications, sales activities, and order details.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Support other administrative functions as needed.

  • Inside Sales:
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Assist in generating quotes and proposals for customers.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and/or tools like (preferred).
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or distribution industries is a plus.
