Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Columbus, OH. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Additional daily tasks include communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting the right tools. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge and assisting with sales strategies to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to effectively understand and meet client needs
- Experience in sales or the tool supply industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
