Volt is immediately hiring for Inside sales for a company in San Luis Obispo, CA.
As a Inside Sales and Service Representative you will:
- Identify potential customers through networking, cold-calling, and email outreach.
- Reengage and recover lost accounts.
- Develop and execute a plan to contact assigned customers.
- Report and track activities, updating customer profiles in CRM software.
- Maintain and expand the current account base through cross-selling and value-added sales techniques.
- Assess and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Handle customer complaints, provide timely solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution and loyalty.
- Build and reinforce customer loyalty by delivering quality service.
- Support targeted marketing campaigns.
- Assist Field Sales Representatives as needed.
- Facilitate smooth account transfers between inside and outside sales teams as directed by supervisors or customer requests.
This is a full-time long term opportunity
Monday to Friday 7:30-4:30pm
Pay: $23-$28
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated success in inside sales roles.
- Expertise in negotiation and consultative selling.
- Strong skills in phone communication and active listening.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Dynamics CRM.
- Preferred experience in B2B sales, particularly in closing deals.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
