Our Senior Agents will be our north stars. A team member who can provide direction and guidance to those around them, work well with groups and stand out from those around them as an individual contributor. Show the team the way, how to follow policies and procedures perfectly, and help rise the tide of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Set the tone and pace of Sold Revenue each day
• Help build and maintain positive working relationships with agents
• Keep positive energy and momentum on the call floor at all times
• Help execute and follow up on Calibrations and Evaluations
• Answer questions between calls on the floor from other agents
• Allow new hires to shadow live calls through training
• Daily check ins with an individual agent
• Assist with Team Huddles

Requirements:

• Above average converter and performer on the team
• Great interpersonal skills to work well with others
• Never be heard or seen complaining about the company or others on the team
• Desire to create and maintain a happy and healthy work environment
