What You'll Do:

Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts from HQ

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Educate clients on custom chemical solutions and perform product demos

Represent the company at trade events and training sessions

Use CRM to track activity and ensure a consistent sales pipeline


What We're Looking For:

5+ years of inside sales experience in the chemical industry or closely related field

Strong communication, technical learning agility, and relationship-building skills

CRM proficiency and a consultative sales mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
