MagTech is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative with Inside Sales experience near Warren, MI. Please apply below if you are interested and meet the qualifications below.
Responsibilities:
Maximize customer satisfaction and contribution margins by consistently and accurately processing of orders, requests for price and delivery information, returns, order status, order expedites and product literature; as well as the ability to orchestrate internal resources to meet customer needs.
Job Description:
• Process in bound customer calls from customers regarding order status, pricing, product availability and delivery schedules.
• Develop knowledge of assigned customer's specifically basic understanding of the buying process for OEM and MRO customer base.
• Demonstrate basic understanding of customer procedures and tools and be able to process orders, quotes, returns, navigate the pricing system, interpret pricing structure, and utilize internal support systems.
• Resource Management - demonstrate the required ability to orchestrate resources to meet customer needs which include technical support, warehousing, finance, service and fabrication centers and purchasing.
Job Requirements:
• Education: a minimum 2-year degree in fluid power or formal training in industrial technology or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficient with software programs relating to the customer service position including Trend, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, E-mail and vendor pricing programs.
