Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Pay: $65-75K base salary + commission & bonuses
Location: On-site, 5 days/week in Tukwila, WA
Position Summary:
We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join a high-performing industrial sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at customer engagement, and can juggle multiple priorities with precision. You'll work closely with regional managers and customers, assisting with quotes, order coordination, and inbound inquiries.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries, identifying qualified leads.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement.
- Generate and deliver accurate quotes for customers, dealers, and regional managers.
- Work with the production planner to confirm shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Route high-potential leads to field sales reps for further development and closure.
- Promote a collaborative and positive work environment aligned with team values.
- Support additional sales tasks and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in industrial or technical product sales.
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
