Your Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Field inbound calls and emails from customers seeking quotes, tracking information, or service support.
- Collaborate with customers to create and provide accurate quotes.
- Follow up on quotes, enter customer orders into the system, and manage fulfillment follow-up.
- Reengage existing customers through warm outbound calls.
- Perform outbound prospecting, hunting activities, and qualification calls (no cold calling).
- Handle customer service issues and inquiries with attention to detail and urgency.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to solve customer challenges.
- Build quality relationships with clients across different industries.
- Manage and close service tickets according to behavioral goals.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while following established sales processes.
- Communicate effectively through both email and phone interactions.
- Demonstrate initiative, drive, and a service-oriented attitude.
Your Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you need:
- High school diploma (required).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (native or professional proficiency required).
- 2-3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a positive attitude.
- Able to confidently handle customer interactions over phone and email.
- Comfortable learning new technology, CRM/ERP systems, and following sales processes.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand basic mechanical systems (preferred).
