- Responsibilities include: Generation of quotations. Equipment will be applications for pumps, motors, parts, spares and systems in response to customer's needs.
- Analyzing, planning, scheduling, coordinating and executing the technical and management aspects of assigned projects from conception to completion as per customers' drawings and specifications.
- Communicate with new prospects and existing customers to identify, understand and support their needs
- Accountable for the successful completion of assigned work.
- Create, provide and clearly communicate information with all appropriate departments (internal and external) to complete the work as originally proposed, on-time all while minimizing rework.
- Maintain relationships and customer loyalty
- Develop and maintain relations with our suppliers
- Assist and travel with project startups or customer visits when required.
- Professional individual with excellent organizational, documentation and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Detail oriented individual with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, to work on your own, bring forth new innovations, think through problems and provide proactive solutions.
- High level of computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Accomplish goals, meet deadlines and objectives
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check
- Inside Sales experience a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the USA.
- Additional Qualifications:Ability to operate a forklift (training can be provided)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally.
