The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for daily processing of quotes and orders as well as addressing

technical customer questions while building sales opportunities. Quality candidates should have advanced

customer service, computer, and analytical skills. They should be excited to learn and grow within the industry.

The role requires leadership qualities, a strong work ethic, advanced written and spoken communication skills,

extreme attention to detail, extensive product knowledge, and commitment to the success of the team.


Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Process customer quote requests and orders received through multiple platforms

with a high level of accuracy and timeliness. Approach requests with logic and independent problem

  • Technical Understanding: Build a technical understanding and vocabulary to develop solutions for

customers' belting applications. Use industry specific knowledge along with independent and

  • Communication: Demonstrate an exceptional ability to communicate internally and externally both

written and verbally. Effectively and clearly communicate processes and procedures as well as

  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to

identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment

with overall business objectives.

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their

needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for

major accounts in the region. Ability to confidently lead a region and make decisions independently.
