Extension is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Will be assigned a list of accounts and will be in charge of growing and fostering the account for growth. Provide special delivery options, special packaging, custom orders, direct shipments, flex pay options, etc.
- Get to know your clients/customers on a highly professional level, so they know who to call first. Research company updates, growth, customer websites, key events, etc.
- WARM CALLING - Reach out to dormant accounts/referrals to develop reoccurring business
- Work with other ISR on accounts - proper documentation to account via CRM is critical. Accurate notes/descriptions of conversations needed, so anyone can jump in as needed
- High level customer service skills - need to have a warm demeanor when speaks with clients.
- UPSELL - Huge part of the role
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- HS Diploma (Post HS preferred)
- 3-5yrs inside sales/account management experience
- B2B sales experience
- CRM/SAP/ERP experience
- Ability to show strong performance metrics while working remotely
- Dedicated to customer service and high level professional communication via phone/email
Salary Information
- $52k - $70k/year (no commission)
