Position Overview:
Sales is responsible for selling our company services and maintaining a relationship with clients and prospective clients. This role requires strong negotiating & execution skills, creativity and a can-do attitude as it is one of the first touch points for prospects and is integral in setting the tone for the sales cycle.
What you will be doing:
- Handle inbound calls with proven experience converting inbound leads
- Represent the company's products and services with a deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of our clients
- Maintain professional and ethical relationships while maintaining client confidentiality
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales strategies and tactics
- Work closely with marketing, client services and other departments within the organization
- Handling client inquiries and correspondence with compassion and accuracy
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Communicate effectively with clients, establishing and nurturing client relationships
- Collaborate effectively with others fostering a positive and cooperative work environment
- Communicate relevant information to increase team knowledge
- Coordinate with necessary parties to enhance service for our clients
- Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and document repositories, ensuring easy retrieval and accurate recordkeeping
- Ensuring our legal and regulatory requirements are constantly met
What you bring:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in sales, inbound calls preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Strong customer service mindset with empathy and patience
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to use sales techniques and strategies to successfully close deals
- Ability to manage change and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic, decisive and results-oriented
- Approachable, patient and understanding
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications and CRM systems
Compensation: 60,00 base, plus potential commission structure.
