The iTi Inside Sales Representative and member of the Emerging Sales group is bright, energetic and detail oriented. They are a team player with demonstrated communication skills and the ability to multi-task while paying strict attention to detail. They are proficient in MS Office products and are able to manage a large volume of email traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
- Present and explain iTi products and services to customers and assist in meeting their needs through each stage of the sales cycle
- Understand sales call objectives
- Prepare quotations and present approved quotes to customers promptly and accurately
- Manage order from initial customer contact through acceptance of order. Responsible for compilation and verification of all data and information required for order booking and fulfillment.
- Conduct appropriate follow-up as needed and/or as required by manager or PM
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships with established and prospective customers
- Keep PM updated promptly on all crucial account information
- Update contact information, set important account notes in CRM for all accounts
- Track all outgoing emails in Dynamics 365
