The inside sales position is a position where communication is key. Your role is to communicate with customers and outside sales to find the best solution to their requests. The Client is a manufacturer that deals in all bakery segments as well as many flame treatment divisions. The Client, seen as the leading expert in the industry, is leaned on to find the best practical solution. We are looking for a sharp candidate that might not know the answer, but is willing to go out and find the right answer using in-house resources. We are looking for someone not afraid to ask questions.
The ability to be able read mechanical prints and do minor print changes(pdf) in regards to dimensions is a must. We have pre-existing pdf templates for standard parts that dimensions can be filled out. No two ovens are typically the same, so parts are typically custom, which means prints are modified per oven/project. A good understanding of measurements will be needed. Looking for someone organized that can keep folders (digitally) intact and stored in the proper places.
Order entry is done through our ERP/business system. Attention to detail is absolutely critical. Three way match process of documentation must be followed and adapted in all business scenarios. The ability to respond to customers after hours on occasion is a plus, but not required.
