What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, managing customer communication, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the sales process. Your ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and meet sales goals will directly impact our success.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Communication Build strong relationships with distribution partners through outbound calls, follow-ups, and responsive support via phone and email.
Sales Execution & Lead Development Identify customer needs, qualify leads, recommend solutions, and close sales to meet or exceed individual targets.
Product Knowledge & Presentation Stay informed on product features and updates to confidently explain and present solutions that meet customer needs.
CRM & Sales Process Management Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support an organized, efficient sales workflow from lead to close.


Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or a related customer-facing sales role (preferred)
  • Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fieldor equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or technical sales environment (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone presence and a customer service mindset
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Motivated by goals and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
