The Position:

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Our pay range is highly competitive and is designed for only Results Driven & Resourceful Sales Professionals.

  • Base Pay of $65,000 with commission opportunities of up to $100,000 or more.

Requirements:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll engage with both potential and current customers, using a consultative sales approach that keeps their needs at the center. You'll excel at prospecting, providing top-notch customer service, introducing new products, and growing sales with existing clients-all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Additionally, you'll generate leads and look for opportunities to offer more products to current customers through consistent communication and trade shows.

Experience:

  • 3 Plus Years of proven sales experience in consumer products
  • History of strong customer service skills
  • Experience in B2B Sales
  • Experience in outbound cold calling and lead generation
  • History of growing existing accounts
  • Experience in using SalesForce or other CRM
  • Prior experience in the Vape, Alternative Ingredient Industry is a plus

Responsibilities:

Accountable for sales goals and doing the work for meeting planned sales growth objectives and following a defined sales process.

  • Open new accounts
  • Achieve all KPIs
  • Grow and maintain existing client relationships
  • Invest in personal growth to advance their career and go make stuff happen
  • Travel to trade shows and visit existing customers regularly.
  • Maintain a pipeline of customers and prospects
