We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our brand-new Jefferson, GA facility. If you're a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working with numbers-you'll fit right in.
In this role, you'll proactively manage inbound and outbound sales activities, deliver exceptional customer service, and collaborate with partners to drive revenue growth. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and is based fully on-site.
What You'll Do
- Proactively generate new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up, cold calls, and targeted emails
- Conduct research to prepare for prospecting calls and identify potential sales opportunities
- Analyze customer buying trends and share actionable insights with the sales team and management
- Manage and maintain accurate data within our CRM system, including leads, prospects, and sales activities
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
- Proven success in an inside sales or customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and sales metrics
