About the Company - Law firm focused on immigration and family law handling everything from obtaining citizenship to getting a divorce.


About the Role - We're looking for a driven and compassionate salesperson to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them find clarity and relief through our firm's services. You'll guide them through the intake process and ensure a smooth handoff to our legal team-while also contributing to our team's overall sales success.


Responsibilities -


  • Proactively manage your own schedule to balance new client meetings, follow-ups, and check-ins with current clients
  • Use a consultative sales approach to educate prospective clients on the value of our services
  • Maintain detailed, up-to-date notes in our CRM system for all interactions
  • Follow up with prospective new clients (PNCs) who initially declined, and re-engage them when appropriate
  • Conduct scheduled quality control calls and milestone check-ins with current clients
  • Coordinate seamless handoffs to the legal team once a case begins
  • Collaborate with teammates and offer support as needed to help deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Provide real-time feedback to management on lead quality, volume, and process improvements
  • Represent the firm at trade shows and networking events (as needed)
  • Stay up to date on bar rules and legal industry best practices


What We're Looking For -


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be fluent in Hindi for day-to-day communication and client interactions
  • A consultative, client-focused sales mindset
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and managing detailed records
  • Experience in legal services or professional services a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
