The Opportunity:
The Market Development Rep (MDR) is an early sales career position responsible for:
- Engaging in initial and ongoing training to learn the business and how to penetrate new accounts.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities through high call volume outreach.
- Generating demand via phone meetings and outbound emails.
- Calling on previous and potential new customers.
- Working closely with your Territory Field Rep to finish business dealings.
- Working in the new sales center in Fort Worth and contributing to an outstanding sales culture.
