Your Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships through calls and secure new and existing customers to grow your book of business.
  • Negotiate pricing with customers and carriers to ensure the best possible rates for both sides.
  • Manage daily shipments and resolve any issues to guarantee timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain clear, proactive, and honest communication both internally and externally.

What You'll Need:

  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work full-time, 100% in-office
  • A strong drive to outwork the competition
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the professionalism to handle conflicts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
