Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and chat
Qualify leads and schedule product demos or sales meetings
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Follow up with prospects to drive conversion and close deals
Maintain and update CRM with accurate records
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams for campaign execution
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Ability to learn and explain technical products or services quickly
Nice to Have:
Experience in industry-specific knowledge if relevant
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Prior SaaS or B2B experience is a plus
