Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Rep/Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct engagement with clients, generating leads, and managing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Your ability to analyze market trends and upsell products will be key to your success in this position.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate must be flexible and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through direct sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify and qualify prospective customers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- - Sales: As sales manager, you will be responsible for creating B2B and B2C sales strategy, implementation, and sales team development. The strategy will need to include selling across various channels, including retail, online, direct, wholesale, and OEM.
- Lead by Example: As a sales manager, you will be expected to actively participate in the sales process from start to finish. This means that you will be assigned leads and expected to work the lead through the sales process until it is a closed deal, while assisting others on the team through the sales process.
- Team Player: Collaboration across teams is key to success for this role.
- Flexibility: The idea person hired for this role will need to be able to be flexible and work well with little to no structure, as we are building the sales team and need someone who can develop strategy without having a high level of pre-set structure with understanding that things will change as we go while we are building structure.
- Light Travel: There will be various events, exhibits, expos, trade shows that we will want the person hired for this role to attend.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong lead generation skills with the ability to identify potential clients effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility as we are evolving, and strategy will need to adapt accordingly.
