We're Hiring: Inside Sales Representative (On-Site Central Islip, Long Island)
$50K base + $20K OTE (uncapped commission)
Full-Time Monday-Friday
Avco is growing fast-and we're looking for scrappy, competitive, and energetic closers to help us expand our customer base of independent restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, and caterers.
As an Inside Sales Rep, you'll introduce small business owners to Avco's suite of branded packaging (custom pizza boxes, wax paper, catering trays, cups) and our new online ordering software designed to help local restaurants thrive.
What You'll Do:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to restaurant owners, operators, and managers
- Research, prospect, qualify, and close new accounts
- Re-engage existing accounts to upsell new offerings
- Educate customers on the power of branded packaging
- Book product demos and walkthroughs as needed
- Keep clean notes in our CRM and own your pipeline
- Work with Sales Leadership to refine pitch and messaging
Who We're Looking For:
- 1-2+ years of sales or phone sales experience
- Grit, resilience, and a true "hunter" mindset
- Confident and comfortable on the phone
- Sharp closer-can identify pain points and sell value fast
- Coachable, self-motivated, and hungry to earn
- Bonus: Experience selling to or working with restaurants

Compensation & Perks:
- $50,000 base salary + uncapped commissions (OTE $70K+)
