What You'll Do

Sales & Business Development

  • Make outbound cold calls to introduce our services and generate new business
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers to keep work flowing
  • Drive referrals from existing accounts to build a healthy sales pipeline
  • Develop partnerships with Distributors to grow account opportunities
  • Sell repair services and equipment (new/refurbished) to existing customers
  • Follow up on sales quotes to convert leads into orders

Account Management

  • Provide top-notch customer support and maintain account engagement
  • Use your sales toolbox to recover inactive accounts and grow current ones
  • Help customers through the sales process-from quotation to post-sale using the assistance of your customer support team

What You Bring to the Table

  • Sales experience (call center preferred - inbound/outbound)
  • Great communication skills and persuasive energy
  • Willingness to take feedback and continuously improve
  • Solid computer skills (30+ WPM typing required)
  • Familiarity with CRMs (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Confidence in learning technical/industry-specific terminology

Technical Duties

  • Manage RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) with precision and professionalism
  • Maintain organized account info using our custom CRM
  • Act as the bridge between your customers and our technical team

Compensation & Perks

  • Base pay + uncapped commission + monthly performance bonuses
  • Bracket bonuses for top performers

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour shifts
  • In-person at our facility
