Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to support Serviot's quoting, sales, and partner engagement efforts. This entry-level position will play a critical role in both generating new business opportunities and supporting existing partner relationships. You will work closely with Account Executives, the product and quoting teams, and our external partners to help drive revenue growth and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Manage engagement with customers and partners throughout the quoting and sales process
- Serve as a communication bridge between Serviot and current/prospective partners
- Provide ongoing support to partners and help clarify our value proposition and processes
Sales Support
- Assist the Serviot sales force with quote activity and partner interactions
- Generate new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and online networking
- Schedule prospect meetings for Account Executives
- Help refine and maintain prospecting cadence and sales workflows
Account Management
- Support Account Executives as a secondary contact for assigned accounts
- Maintain organized and updated CRM records for customer contacts and outreach
- Track and update the sales pipeline for the entire sales team
Product & Quoting Support
- Collaborate with the product and quoting team to support the quoting process
- Develop a working knowledge of Serviot's products and solutions to better support sales efforts
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team sales environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email communication
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
- Demonstrated organization and project management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous inside sales experience, especially with lead generation or appointment setting
- Ability to self-start and manage multiple tasks or projects independently
