What you would be doing:

  • Sales Support Team Management - Daily

- Manage a shared workload with front end sales managers.

- Assist front end sales managers to bridge communication gap with customer service team.

- Monitor open order reports and remind front end sales to push for new orders

- Quotation preparation on behalf of sales managers supporting DC power systems, batteries and accessories.

  • New customer inquiries

- Filter and qualify new customer inquiries generated from the web or other sources.

- Working with PM and re-direct inquiries to authorized VARs or front-end sales.

  • Accounts receivable and Purchasing Support - As needed

- Collaborate w/ procurement/sourcing team for MRO and other procurement efforts

- Assist finance and sales manager for A/R collection

  • Internal Support to Business Operations
  • Assist in explaining product features to customers and answer questions and concerns regarding products.
  • UNDERSTAND DC POWER, be able to recommend power system for clients (Electronic basics understanding required).
  • Manage follow-ups and meetings with clients
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other teams such as CS, Purchasing, Tech Support, RMA, Planning and Finance (communication skills very much needed here).
  • Assist on research, market trends and assessments.
  • Understand company's business processes and policy.
  • Basic SAP knowledge (YSEK1, VD03, MD04, VA03, MM03, MMBE)

What we require (Skills and Background):

  • 4-year college degree.
  • 3-year Customer Service experience.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge in DC power systems, batteries, and related technologies, including applications in telecom, data centers, and other sectors.
  • Willingness to work late hours to communicate with business units and/or factories in Asia.
  • Highly self-motivated and results driven.
  • Organized, responsive, and effective time management
  • Proactively solve the problem, attentive to details, and follow through
  • Team player with collaboration spirit and interpersonal skill
