In-house sales manager is responsible for overseeing the sales team within a company and driving sales performance. Some common duties of an in-house sales manager include:

Sales Team Management: Managing and leading a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize their performance and productivity.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with senior management to develop effective sales strategies, setting sales targets, and establishing sales objectives aligned with the company's goals.

Sales Planning and Forecasting: Developing sales plans and forecasts to identify opportunities for growth, determine sales projections, and allocate resources accordingly.

Budgeting and Expense Management: Developing and managing the sales department budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing resources to achieve desired sales outcomes while maintaining profitability.
