Inside Sales & Fulfillment Manager (ISFM)

Summary:
Ascenso Tires North America is expanding, and we've created a new role that sits at the heart of our Sales and Order to Fulfillment (O2F) engine. As the Inside Sales & Fulfillment Manager (ISFM), you'll own the front line of customer interaction, keep orders moving without a hitch, and ensure our regional sales managers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners stay in perfect sync. Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, quotes, and stock checks.
- Ensure order accuracy, communicate ETAs, and manage backorders.
- Coordinate freight quotes and resolve billing issues.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes to secure confirmed orders.
- Run pricing and product availability checks on demand.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM notes, follow-ups, and leads.
- Set up new accounts and manage customer master data.
- Open and track warranty claims; collect required documentation
- Handle and resolve inquiries related to shipping, fulfillment, and product questions.
- Be the go-to contact when Regional Sales Managers are traveling.
- Align daily with warehouse and logistics teams on inbound/outbound status.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, procurement, and warehouse operations to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
- Onboard and coach new teammates on ERP/CRM best practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in inside sales support, order processing, or customer service within a B2B setting (distribution/manufacturing/logistics preferred)
- Proven mastery of ERP systems (Prophet 21 a strong plus) and CRM platforms
- Polished written & verbal communication skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
- Laser-focused on data accuracy and a proactive, problem solving mindset
- Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, construction, or automotive distribution is a bonus
