Inside Sales Manager for a Supplement Company Selling its Professional Product Line

Our client is based in south central NJ and is seeking an inside sales manager to oversee sales staff at their new offices to sell to the professional market. The company is part of a conglomerate selling nutritional ingredients, supplements to the consumer and a professional product line sold to chiropractors and naturopathic healthcare care providers. The products are tested and scientifically supported. Training on the product line will be provided, but the "sales effort" will come from the successful candidate's traits of self-reliance, attention to detail, desire to succeed, willingness to learn and apply the training. Computer literacy and strong communication skills are necessary.

The sales manager who will manage the salespeople will also have personal sales responsibility. The compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Earnings are expected to exceed $120,000 that includes a base and incentives. The package also includes two weeks vacation, five PTO's, eight national holidays and stock options.
