The Opportunity: The Inside Sales Manager- ESCO & National Accounts oversees the ESCO & National Sales Customer Service Representative(s), ESCO & National Sales Inside Sales Support Associate(s), and Sales Support Specialist - ESCO & National Accounts and works closely with ESCO & National Sales Territory Managers as well as other department managers within Keystone. This position is responsible for ensuring the Inside Sales team is working in the most effective ways possible to maintain Keystone's Light Made Easy promise.

Your Impact: - Managing projects and delegating work to the Inside Sales team
- Sales analysis, price quoting, and customer service
- Actively following up on open quotations in conjunction with ESCO & National Sales Territory Managers
- Acting as a bridge between Distribution Territory Managers and ESCO & National Sales Territory Managers
- Problem-solving for any issues that arise with ESCO & National Sales Inside Sales
- Assisting other department managers with issues or questions related to ESCO & National Sales Inside Sales
- Maintenance of the ESCO & National Sales pipeline, inventory, and timeline for all projects
- Oversee the accurate and consistent management of CRM data, ensuring all account and contact records are up-to-date and aligned with organizational standards
- Lead initiatives to enhance CRM data integrity and usability, provide guidance to team members on best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM workflows to support strategic sales and account management objectives
- Develop, Implement, and Maintain Strategy of project management and order tagging for ESCO Division
- Designing and implementing training programs to enhance team members' skills, product knowledge, and overall performance
- Conducting regular one-on-one coaching sessions to provide feedback and identify growth opportunities
- Fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture to boost engagement and morale
What you bring: - Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 years of sales and project management experience
- A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
- Lighting industry experience preferred
- Experience utilizing CRM software
- Knowledge of ERP software, Prophet 21 experience preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment, continually following up on multiple tasks
