What your future day will look like:
- Serve as the team lead in regards to communication and analyzation of business decisions and process improvements.
- Set goals, create schedules and lead employees through training and performance-based monitoring and feedback.
- Provide team with value added scripting and responses for warm sales calls.
- Optimize workflows, ensure service levels are met, and maintain positive relationships with established clients through exception service and communication.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of two years' experience in direct management of employees
- Proven ability to sell and overcome objections in a fast-paced environment
- Understand the value of consistent warm sales calls to ensure clients are maximizing utilization of product.
