Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Hybrid Sales Manager who excels in both inside and outside sales. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and wants to make a real impact. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue, setting sales goals, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and market trends.
  • Drive new business development while nurturing existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct sales calls, client visits, and presentations to close deals.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience (inside/outside), with a strong track record of success.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or management role (preferably in a fast-moving environment).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and basic scheduling/dispatch software (a plus).
  • Ability to step into multiple roles when necessary and lead by example.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
  • Experience in The Moving Industry is a bonus.
  • Requirements
  • 2 + years of experience leading and managing others.
  • Ability to become DOT vehicle certified.
  • Willingness to participate in our pre-employment background and drug screening process.
  • Able to commit to company paid training.

Compensation Structure

  • $60,000-85,000+ per year
