Inside Sales Manager - Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

A well-established digital marketing and lead generation company is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and coach its inside sales team. This team uses a consultative sales approach to help small and mid-sized businesses-particularly in the legal space-connect with high-quality clients through proven marketing solutions.

This position plays a key role in both executing strategy and driving day-to-day sales performance, including prospecting, acquisition, onboarding, and renewals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can inspire a diverse team of inside sales professionals, from entry-level to seasoned reps, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for the full sales cycle-from outreach to onboarding and renewals
  • Consistently drive the team to meet and exceed acquisition and retention quotas, as well as daily/weekly KPIs
  • Create individualized coaching plans and development tracks to ramp up new hires and support veteran team members
  • Manage and distribute inbound leads to ensure timely follow-up and maximum conversion
  • Roll up your sleeves to step in on calls, close deals provide hands-on training
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM and sales tools across the team to maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
Inside Sales Manager Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing an inside sales team, ideally in a high-volume, phone-based environment
  • 2+ years of personal experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Proven success coaching reps through short sales cycles with a sense of urgency
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Google Workspace, and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach)
  • Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses-legal industry experience is a strong plus as well as digital marketing sales experience.
