Salary Range: $50K - $60K Permanent Position with Benefits Growing Industrial Coatings and Paint Manufacturing Company seeks an experienced Insides Sales Representative to support and maintain existing clients and develop new ones. REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a High School Diploma, GED or Higher Level of Education with a minimum of (1) year of sales experience working for an industrial coating, paint or chemical manufacturer. Preferred Candidate would have (3) years of sales experience. Candidate must be able to manage small and medium-sized customer accounts, maintain and develop existing and new customers. Candidate is expected to become familiar with company product lines in order to make recommendations to customers. Candidate will utilize the company's CRM software to maintain accurate communications, set sales calls and follow-up calls to maximize potential outcomes. Candidate is expected to manage clients, develop reports, forecast trends, compare company product pricing to our competition, maintain profit margins, prepare and submit bid proposals. Candidate should have strong math skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or other software. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
