Pay range $18 to $21

Requisites
  • This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President.
  • This hourly position is considered regular, full-time, and requires a minimum in-office schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Confidentiality, integrity, dependability, and cooperation.
  • Associate degree or higher, or equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience in reading instructional manuals and technical drawings a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Receive Purchase Orders (PO) from customers via email or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), review orders and process, update orders and notify customers of any changes.
  • Manage requests and gather information to complete customer/vendor compliance data questionnaires.
  • Confer with customers by email, telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take and enter orders, production progress and costs, exchanges, refunds, warranties, part numbers, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken to support/satisfy client.
  • Complete contract forms and prepare change of address records.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Determine charges for services requested, process quotes, and arrange billing.
  • Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices.
  • Confer with sales team for required information to process purchase orders.
Other Requisites
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Observe and comply with AVC's rules and regulations.
  • Must agree to (and pass) a background check, physical (if applicable), and drug screening testing.
  • This position requires continuous training.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
