- Collaborate closely with the field-based Account Manager and District Director to align on territory strategies, support revenue targets, and contribute to overall company performance.
- Maintain accurate lead records, track communication history, and ensure pipeline visibility using internal CRM tools to avoid delays or missed opportunities.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with prospective clients throughout the pre-sale process, supporting a smooth transition into internal workflows.
- Support lead generation and marketing initiatives by maintaining CRM data quality, assisting with targeted outreach lists, and gathering customer or market insights.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including documentation management, vendor onboarding, and client follow-up.
- Contribute to client engagement efforts through occasional field activities, with up to 10% travel required.
