We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outbound communication, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., phone, email, online research).
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Customer Engagement:
Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other channels.
Understand customer needs and tailor product/service solutions accordingly.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Sales Process:
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
Present product/service information and benefits effectively.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Sales Performance:
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Track and report on sales activities and results.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Utilize CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and customer data.
Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Sales: Proven sales experience and a track record of success.
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills.
CRM: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. GSS)
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales role.
Other:
o Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Experience with cold calling and outbound sales strategies
