Job Summary

As an Inside Sales - Spot Quoter at Go2 Logistics, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our 3rd-party freight broker business. Your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by developing new broker relationships, managing daily freight opportunities, and providing solutions that align with customer needs. This is a high-volume, phone- and email-driven role focused on prospecting, pricing, and closing within a fast-paced logistics environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop relationships with 3rd-party freight brokers through daily outreach via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to provide LTL capacity, leveraging Go2's assets.
  • Quote freight and negotiate rates to secure profitable, repeat business.
  • Build a pipeline of broker accounts and manage it through the full sales cycle-from introduction to onboarding and repeat sales.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, carrier capacity, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations and dispatch to ensure execution aligns with customer expectations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining open communication and resolving service issues quickly.
  • Track sales activity, contacts, and performance metrics using CRM and internal systems.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or 3PL.
  • Strong understanding of the freight brokerage model and LTL/truckload markets.
  • Skilled in high-volume outreach and relationship building via phone and email.
  • Comfortable negotiating pricing and managing margin-based deals.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed sales goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics/CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
