What You'll Do
  • Own Your Territory: Prospect, qualify leads, and close sales while managing and growing your assigned region.
  • Build Relationships: Create meaningful connections with dentists, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Navigate Objections: Turn "no" into "yes" by probing deeper, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Push Promotions: Drive sales by promoting monthly specials and product deals that meet customer goals.
  • Stay Proactive: Make 75+ outbound calls daily, working from your desk to hit and exceed sales targets.
What You Bring
  • A self-driven attitude with the ability to jump in and start selling.
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills to navigate customer conversations effectively.
  • 1+ year of outbound sales or call center experience.
  • A passion for exceeding goals and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM experience (e.g., Pipedrive) and an Associate's degree are a plus.
