Role Description
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth in the industrial metal finishing sector. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Order Management: Process orders, prepare quotes, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Technical Support: Provide information on metal finishing processes, capabilities, and specifications.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and close deals.
