Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Inside Sales Representatives throughout the entire sales cycle, from outreach to onboarding and renewals.
- Motivate the team to consistently meet and exceed acquisition and retention goals, along with daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Design personalized coaching plans and development paths to onboard new hires effectively and support experienced team members.
- Manage and efficiently allocate inbound leads to guarantee prompt follow-up and maximize conversion rates.
- Be an active participant by stepping in on calls, closing deals, and providing hands-on training to team members.
- Ensure the continuous and effective use of CRM and sales tools to maintain visibility of the sales pipeline and accuracy in forecasting.
Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years experience managing an inside sales team, preferably in a high-volume, phone-centric setting.
- At least 2 years of personal experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Demonstrated success in coaching representatives through short sales cycles while promoting a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Google Workspace, and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach).
- Experience in selling to small and medium-sized businesses is essential, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the legal industry or digital marketing sales.
