We have a rare opening for a B2B Customer Service / Inside Sales specialist . Experience with Business and a basic knowledge of Advertising is helpful .This is a fast paced position at our well established firm that will reward enthusiasm , intelligence ,organization, and creativity. The essence of the position is to help our existing South East Michigan business clients gain new customers and save cash by marketing their products and services with other clients. We do this by asking questions, building relationships and providing solutions. We are looking for a person who has desire and experience . Some of the duties for this position are:
Communicating and Building Relationships with current business members thru phone , email and in person
Handling incoming customer requests
Acting as a purchasing agent to assist member businesses
Prioritizing multiple duties and responsibilities
Making proactive outgoing calls to current business clients
Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records
Promoting and marketing clients thru email and social media
There is a generous base pay and benefits program for this full time position, but there is also a commission plan that will generously reward performers. Our compensation package includes Vacation and PTO, health insurance package , This is a Monday-Friday regular business hours position. Base Salary ranges from $ 45,000 with substantial bonuses and commissions paid above base.
Job Requirements
Experience with B2B customer service ,
Proficient in MS Office , Word, MS Outlook, Social Media and MS Excel
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Problem Solving and Organizational skills
At least 2 year of Inside Sales, Customer Service, call center experience
at least 2 years of College or University education preferred
Excellent attitude and a desire to succeed and help businesses grow
Communication is with business owners during normal business hours
