Responsibilities Include: - Interact daily with customers and targets providing timely responses to inquiries, placement of orders, technical assistance, catalogs, samples, quotations and complaints.
- Enter orders and quotations, working closely with branch manager and warehouse team
- Prospect and contact potential target customers, working closely with our Outside Sales team to present our company and products
- Provide territory assistance as required to meet customer requests. Provide necessary follow-up and initiate correspondence when needed.
- Track orders and quotes to completion.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Fastener experience desired, but not required
Ability to work independently and build rapport with customers
Work well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both oral and writing
Deadline and detail-oriented
Superior time management skills
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
