About the Role

We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Coordinator to contribute to our ongoing monthly and annual sales growth. This role is crucial in driving revenue, providing outstanding customer service, and managing the full sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment. You will engage directly with customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions while helping expand our market reach.


This position is 100% onsite at our South Waterfront Portland location.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Service: Engage with customers in our showroom, via phone, and email to drive sales growth and build strong relationships.
  • Product Knowledge & Support: Provide accurate pricing, product details, and application support to ensure customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Sales Expansion: Actively pursue new leads, share promotions, and distribute marketing materials to increase revenue and market reach.
  • Order Processing & Coordination: Prepare proposals, process orders, and ensure accurate, on-time product delivery.
  • Showroom & Warehouse Support: Maintain an organized sales floor and assist in fulfilling orders from the on-site warehouse.
  • Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and new opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of contributing to sales growth.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in store layout or reading floor plans is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs regularly without assistance.
  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and handling materials required.
  • Occasional bending, stretching, twisting, kneeling, crawling, reaching, pushing, or pulling.
