Here's what you'll be doing: - Account Coordinators work in a fast-paced environment using their verbal, written and relationship skills to support the Outside Sales Reps and customers by handling all incoming Customer Service calls, emails and chats.
- Input orders and issue POs to vendors. Work with freight company or vendor to secure best freight cost and delivery for customer.
- Account Coordinators provide exceptional customer service and follow-up, keeping internal and external customers informed throughout the process.
- Assist Sales Team and customer with project management, correcting problems and working to ensure deliveries and installations run smoothly. A great attitude and passion for solving problems and dealing with last-minute changes are an important part of this job.

- Enjoy working independently and with a team, taking initiative to solve problems.
- Are a clear and concise communicator who can build trust with customers.

- Familiar with how CRM/ERP systems work and be computer/tech savvy.

- Pay: $50,000 to $57,000 a year (depending on experience)
